Free shipping is eligible for all domestic orders over $30 in the continental United States, Tax not included. Offer valid only for domestic ground shipments in the United States. All orders over $500 are shipped with a signature required.
If you purchase an item from our online store at www.cloudcitydrones.com, your order will ship within 48 hours of your order being placed (excluding weekends). If your order contains items currently out of stock, contact us to request more information or to arrange for your order to be partially shipped.
The following shipping methods are automatically eligible for partial shipment:
- UPS Ground
- UPS Next Day Air Saver
- UPS Next Day Air
- UPS Next Day Air Early
All unmentioned shipping methods are not eligible for partial shipment, including UPS International shipping methods. If your order is eligible to be partially shipped, the first shipment will ship with the selected delivery method you chose. The second will ship with a standard delivery option. Partial shipments will not exceed three (3) shipments of the same order. Certain circumstances may allow this, which likely will include additional fees. Items returned to the sender will be refunded minus shipping, including an additional $15 return label fee, and transaction fees.
Our online order daily shipping cutoff time is 4:00 PM EST for incoming orders. Particular circumstances may extend this.
What shipping methods are available for domestic and international customers?
At checkout, you will have several options to choose from when it comes to shipping. Depending on the destination location and size & weight of the shipment, certain services may or may not be available, and the transit times will vary depending on the service selected. Available services include:

We ship to most countries but do not currently ship to Ukraine, Russia, or Belarus.
If you choose a Next Day Air option as your shipping method on a Friday before the shipping cutoff, please note that your package will not be delivered on Saturday by default. Saturday delivery is only available upon request and with an additional charge. If you need your order by Saturday, please contact us as soon as possible to arrange the delivery and payment details.*¹
Are there any additional import fees for international customers?
International Customs and import fees are the responsibility of the purchaser. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure import eligibility to the desired destination before ordering. Cloud City Drones assumes no responsibility for unpaid customs & import fees directly resulting in the discarding of the package by customs staff. Unfortunately, Cloud City Drones does not have a database for each country's import, customs duties, or tax fees. If the purchaser no longer wishes to cancel the order after it has shipped, it is the responsibility of the purchaser to pay the associated fees.
